By downloading, installing, or using Vindla ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The Service
Vindla is a meditation and breathwork app. Some features use AI-generated content powered by Mimir, our AI meditation guide. Vindla is designed as a wellness tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the guidance of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition.
AI-Generated Content
Mimir meditations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality, safe content, AI output may occasionally be imperfect, unexpected, or unsuitable. Vindla does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated meditation. Use all content at your own discretion.
Subscriptions & Payments
Vindla offers optional in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse Vindla's backend services.
- Circumventing rate limits, credit systems, or subscription requirements.
- Using the App to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
- Redistributing AI-generated content commercially without permission.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, sounds, and branding, is the property of Vindla and is protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated meditation scripts are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Limitation of Liability
Vindla is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vindla and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
